This really should be in a museum. It is a genuine cobblers last from a hospital which would have been used to make a shoe for a patient with a club foot. My guess is that this adult sized last was bespoke made for one very wealthy patient so that his shoes could be made on a regular basis. Made of solid Cast Iron and the exact mold of the patient’s club foot, it is extremely heavy and measures approx. 20 x 20cms. A genuine one off piece of medical history. UK Shipping only on this item due to the weight.
