Elgin WW2 USA Military Pocket Watch

Quality USA manufactured Military Pocket Watch by ELGIN. The original plastic crystal has been replaced with glass, both the crystal and watch back screw on. This much loved watch has undergone a fair bit of pocket wear which is shown in the pictures, the back is also stamped with an arrow and TK 7837. The movement is of good quality with 7 jewels and is nice and clean. It is signed "Elgin natl Watch Co. USA". The serial number is 41285459 and it dates to 1942. Winds and sets fine, but does run a little fast, so would probably benefit from a service. A great piece of USA Military History.
