Beautifully and intricately carved Ox Bone Aide Memoire Book dating from the 19th Century. The carving appears to be of a Family Crest. The rear cover is plain smooth bone. It has all original Real Snake Bindings and Raw Silk interior pockets in which keepsakes and personal notes would have been kept. Measuring a tiny 8.5 x 6.5cm, this is a charming piece of history which would have been extremely precious to its wealthy owner.
